The Samburu Park’s wildlife is diverse and interesting sightings may include reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, gerenuk and Grevy’s zebra, all unique to this reserve, and a variety of predators. Amboseli National Park is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons and the back drop of Mt Kilimanjaro. Lake Nakuru: View Reticulated Giraffes, Waterbucks and Rhinos before lunch at Lake Nakuru high picnic point. Lake Nakuru hosts thousands of Flamingos striking down to feed on the Lake’s shores. Lake Naivasha: Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus with Hippos lazing in the lake and Buffalos grazing on the shores. Bird watching includes Grey-capped Warbler, Spectacled Weaver, Brimstone Canary, Red-billed Fire finch and 350 other species. Maasai Mara is Kenya’s most celebrated game park, it offers the possibility of seeing “the big five” and many other species of game. Aberdare National Park covers an area of 766 square kilometers and forms part of the Aberdare Mountain Range.

Day 01: Nairobi
On arrival at JKIA, you will be met at the airport by our wild gate safaris representative and later after the safari briefing, transfer to the city hotel, Nairobi Safari Club. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure all the while enjoying the facilities of the hotel.

Day 02: Nairobi / Samburu
Morning drive north through coffee and tea plantations. We cross the Equator near Mount Kenya and continue to Samburu. Lunch and afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight in Samburu Sopa lodge.

Day 03: Samburu
Full day dedicated to game viewing, mostly around river Ewaso Nyiro where wildlife is concentrated. Also exploring the rest of the reserve at leisure.

Day 04: Samburu / Abedares National Park
After breakfast, depart for Abedares National Park and cross the Kenyan Highlands, through coffee plantations, to your “base hotel” in time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club/Outspan. Afternoon transfer into Aberdare National Park and on to The Tree Lodges for bird watching and overnight floodlit game viewing from the lodge viewing decks.

Day 05: Aberdares – Nakuru
At 0830hrs, after breakfast, return to the base hotel. Reconnect with your driver for a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arriving in time for lunch at L.Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
Afternoon game viewing at Lake Nakuru high picnic view point, where your will get a glimpse of Lake Nakuru’s thousands of Flamingos striking down to feed on the Lake’s shores, view the Reticulated Giraffes, Waterbucks and Rhino’s before lunch Return to the hotel.
Have dinner and overnight stay at L.Nakuru Lodge.

Day 06: Nakuru- Naivasha
Early breakfast then drive to Kenya’s highest lake at 1880 m above sea level, Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus with Hippos lazing in the lake and Buffalos grazing on the shores. Bird watching includes Grey-capped Warbler, Spectacled Weaver, Brimstone Canary, Red-billed Fire finch and 350 other species.
Optional boat trips on the lake or a nature walk on crescent Island where you reach Wildebeest, Zebra and Giraffes from close, for extra charges.
Have lunch, dinner and overnight stay at L.Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 07: Naivasha – Maasai Mara
After an early morning breakfast, we depart for Masai Mara in the Narok county. Arriving at midday, thus, spend the time at leisure enjoying the lodges’ facilities while awaiting lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drives will follow.

Day 08: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5.Morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe; over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant.

Day 09: Maasai Mara- Nairobi
At 0800hrs breakfast, spend the rest of the morning at leisure while enjoying the lodge’s facilities; at 1100hrs depart for Nairobi to arrive by 1300 hrs and in time for lunch at the Sentrim 680 hotel .Spend the afternoon at leisure, thus, engaging in some shopping at various shopping mall, curios and maasai market for souvenirs.

Day 10: Nairobi
This full day Nairobi tour is an excellent way to break the monotony of the rural vicinity by an urban bustle and hustle of the city life. Get information on the historical and cultural facts about Kenya at National Museum. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and visit the Karen Blixen Museum. Stop by the Giraffe Center for a close up look at the endangered Rothschild giraffe and later enjoy a walk at Nairobi safari Walk.

Day 11: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
This morning we depart by road through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of Elephant. After lunch a pm game drive is planned. In addition to Elephant, Antelope, Zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo and , nearly every vista within the Park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

Day 12: Amboseli National Park
Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another stimulating mid morning game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons. Optional visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast. Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Midday finds us at our lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another extensive game drive.

Day 13: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
After a hefty morning breakfast, spend the rest of the morning at leisure all the while enjoying the facilities of the lodge. At 1000hrs, depart by road to Nairobi with a stopover at various curio shops for the purchase of souvenirs.

You will be dropped at the airport or hotel for further arrangements.
